Stay IN the Loop

In The Mindful Professional webinar, I shared simple, practical tools that can be used at any time (even at your desk) to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and regain focus when things at work feel overwhelming, depleting, or heavy.

Workforce Retention and Mental Health

A county-wide discussion focused on recognizing burnout, understanding its impact, and exploring healthier ways to navigate work and leadership.

In this workshop, we discussed the causes and symptoms of burnout, as well as ways to address it, fostering more sustainable, supportive, and effective work environments conducive to professional development.

Community wellness forum banner focusing on phones and mental health.

A thoughtful community conversation about how technology and screen use affect our mental health, relationships, and everyday well-being.

Sustaining performance when the stakes are high requires mindful growth. In this exploration of how resilience skills can aid in navigating pressure, we'll focus on achieving clarity, confidence, and strength through self-awareness, emotional regulation, and intentional recovery.

New Year message to live authentically and be yourself.

A coaching and reflection series designed to help participants set meaningful goals without the pressure to reinvent themselves.

Embrace gratitude, cultivate presence, and nurture your intentions. In this 45-minute mindfulness session, we learned to find stress relief and nervous system regulation through gratitude practices.
